E4 Industrial LLC Text Messaging Service
E4 Industrial LLC ("E4 Industrial," "we," "us," or "our") provides SMS text messaging for conversational, one-to-one business communications between E4 Industrial employees and customers, vendors, and other business contacts.
SMS messages from E4 Industrial may include responses to inquiries, quotation discussions, product availability, order coordination, delivery or pickup coordination, technical questions, and customer service communications.
This SMS service is intended for direct person-to-person business conversations. It is not used for bulk messaging, automated messaging, or marketing and promotional campaigns.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from E4 Industrial by providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to communicate with an E4 Industrial employee by text message.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services from E4 Industrial.
Message frequency varies depending on the nature and duration of your conversation with an E4 Industrial employee.
E4 Industrial does not charge a separate fee for its SMS service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
You may stop receiving SMS messages from an E4 Industrial employee at any time by replying STOP to that employee's phone number.
Because this service consists of individual person-to-person conversations, an opt-out applies to the specific E4 Industrial phone number and conversation from which the messages were sent.
After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you will no longer receive messages from that number.

E4 Industrial respects your privacy. Information provided through our SMS service is used to send and receive messages, respond to your inquiries, and support our business relationship with you.
