We ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers depending on order size and weight. Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–7 business days for in-stock items.

LTL Freight
Orders exceeding 150 lbs or requiring palletized delivery ship via LTL freight. Freight quotes are provided at the time of order. Common carriers include Old Dominion, Saia, Southeastern Freight, and R&L Carriers.
Local Delivery — Greater Houston Area
We operate our own delivery fleet in the Houston metropolitan area. Local delivery is available for same-day or next-day fulfillment on in-stock items. Contact us to arrange.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For large or heavy items that require freight, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing the order.

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Special-order and made-to-order items have varying lead times — your order confirmation will include an estimated ship date.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. For LTL freight shipments, we provide the carrier name, PRO number, and estimated delivery date.
All orders ship FOB Origin (E4 Industrial warehouse, Houston, TX). Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the point of shipment. The buyer is responsible for filing any freight damage claims with the carrier.
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Photograph any damage and contact support@e4industrial.com within 5 business days.
For freight deliveries, count all pieces and verify against the packing slip before the driver leaves. Note any shortages on the bill of lading.
