E4 Industrial stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any product.
1. Email support@e4industrial.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will issue an RMA number within one business day.
3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Refund or credit is processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Machined or modified products
• Cut-to-length materials
• Made-to-order or special-order items
• Electrical components that have been installed or energized
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@e4industrial.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no restocking fee applies.
If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item and arrange return pickup of the incorrect item at our expense.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to return shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
